What is Birb's Nest?
Birb's Nest is an online store run by Birb (that's me!). I love making charms, prints, stationary and other little trinkets of the fandoms that I enjoy, and I'm happy to have an outlet to share what I make with you! I frequent tabling at conventions, and this store was originally created for those who wished to purchase something that was either sold out or unavailable at cons. However, I'm also working hard to bring some projects that are exclusive to this online shop. 

Do you accept orders outside of North America?
Yes, I ship worldwide! However, please be aware that packages shipped outside of Canada and the US may take up to double the time to arrive.

Do you accept anything besides Paypal for purchases?
Paypal is preferred, but you can also pay with most credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, etc.). During checkout, select the option for payment with a credit card, and you will be directed to a window that allows you to enter your card info after you've filled out your shipping address.


When will my order arrive?
 All estimated shipping times are calculated from when the items are shipped, not when the order is placed. An email will be sent out once your order has been processed and shipped. Please expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business weeks if you are living within Canada or the US, and 4-8 business weeks anywhere else.  Please note that during holiday seasons, orders may arrive slower than usual due to irregular post office hours.

Does my shipping come with tracking?
Shipping for orders on Birb's Nest does not automatically come with tracking. However, if you wish to purchase tracking with your package, please let me know through Tictail Talk, or email me so I can arrange that for your order.

When do items get shipped out after I placed my order?
Depending on when the order is placed, times will vary slightly. However, all batch orders are sent out twice a week. If an order is urgent, please email me or message me on Tictail Talk prior to ordering. 

What is the Return Policy? 
Birb's Nest is currently not accepting any returns or refunds for items once it has been shipped. Please read everything in the description beside each product before placing an order. Feel free to ask any questions you might have about the products and direct them to Tictail talk, or through my email at the bottom of the page. 

What if the item I received is wrong or damaged?
I place great care in processing and packaging each and every order I receive. However, if the item you received is not the same one you ordered from Birb's Nest, or if it is damaged to a great degree, please sent me an email or message me through Tictail Talk. If sufficient proof has been given (eg. clear pictures or screenshots of the order/product), I will send you a replacement for your item. 

How do I leave a message/instructions with my order?
There is an option to leave a note while you are filling out the billing portion of your checkout. All messages will be answered on Tictail Talk, so be sure to check there! Alternatively, if you do not have the Tictail App, all Tictail Talk messages will be forwarded to the email you provided after 24 hours. 

How long does it take for me to hear back if I sent in an inquiry?

Please allow 24-48 hours to get back a reply. Tumblr and Yahoo has an appetite to eat messages from time to time, so if you don't hear back for more than 2 days, please resend your question.

I don't allow any re-selling of any of my merchandise, please respect my products as I put lots of time and care into making each and every item.
