If you believe you received the wrong order, or if the item is damaged to a great degree, I will send a replacement for your order only if you have contacted me prior to this, and sufficient proof has been provided (eg. clear screenshots/pictures of the order). However, we cannot give any refunds nor accept returns for items once it has been shipped. Please read the description beside each item carefully for any important information before ordering.
